The Broadleaf

Built with light-gauge steel allowing for a rooftop pool and improved acoustics, this 370-unit apartment complex in Aurora will feature a half-acre central courtyard and 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.

Aurora's Boldest Apartment Complex

Although certainly distinct from most apartment complexes in the area, the design of The Broadleaf is a bit more mainstream. One of the most noticeable differences is that The Broadleaf will be built with light-gauge steel versus an all-wood frame, meaning the building has far better acoustics, addresses common noise issues, and can support a pool on its rooftop.

Aurora’s boldest apartment complex is being developed on an approximately three-acre site and will be five to seven stories high. With the goal of building “an escape from that high-stress lifestyle”, The Broadleaf will also feature a half-acre central courtyard, a rooftop pool, and about 9,000 square feet of ground-floor retail space.
