Brian Wynne
Co-Founder & President
A driving force behind landmark residential and commercial real estate developments in Colorado and Southern California, Brian Wynne has extensive real estate experience and a track record of successful development projects.
After receiving his BS from the University of Virginia and MBA from The Anderson School at UCLA, Brian served as Senior Managing Director for the Denver market for Mill Creek Residential. Prior to this, Brian was Vice President for Simpson Housing, developing over 1,800 apartment homes in Denver. He developed over 1 million square feet of commercial and retail space in his previous roles with Forest City Realty Trust.
Brian is known for his meticulous attention to detail, strategic knowledge, and his relentless pursuit of positive outcomes with each partner and project.
K.C. Yasmer
Co-Founder & President
K.C. Yasmer brings his ambition, vision, and unparalleled execution expertise to WYRE.
For over 12 years, K.C. was directly responsible for the day-to-day development of a variety of real estate projects for Forest City Realty Trust, an $11 billion publicly-traded real estate investment trust. Prior to this, he was Vice President of Development for Karney Properties, Co., a private real estate firm with over 100 assets in Southern California. At Karney, K.C. was the sole development executive responsible for the execution of all ground-up multifamily projects.
With deep knowledge and years of experience in multifamily, office, and master-planned community development, K.C. has paired his Stanford University degree to accelerate the business.
